Cody is a Indiana Licensed Real Estate Broker and is responsible for our residential brokerage services. Jason C. Vencel
Jason is an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser and manages primarily the residential appraisal assignments of the firm. Jason has been active in real estate appraising since 1991 and has extensive experience in the South-Central Indiana residential market. He is an SRA candidate member of the Appraisal Institute and holds an Indiana Real Estate Salespersons license. Travis J. Vencel, SRA
Travis is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser and oversees the commercial and special assignments of the firm. Travis has extensive experience in right of way commercial appraising as well as consulting. An approved appraiser of INDOT since 1992, he worked on State, County and City projects throughout the State of Indiana. He received his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1995 and has been active in the industry since 1989. Travis is a licensed salesperson since 1986. He also holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation. Travis has served as the President of the Hoosier State Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and as a member of the City of Bloomington Plan Commission. travis@vencel.com
